The pointer stars of Dubhe and Merak point to Polaris, the North Star. Technically, the Big Dipper is not its own constellation, but a part of Ursa Major, a bear.

“Artichocules by Night” is inspired by the constellation, Hercules. In greek mythology, he was a well-known strong-man hero who eventually became a God. In the constellation, he’s kneeling on one knee with his club raised in the air.

“Garlic Scapea by Night” is inspired by largest and longest constellation in the night sky, Hydra. This multi-headed monster was slain by Hercules in Greek mythology. It has many dim stars and can be hard to find. In some mid-northern latitudes, Hyrda can take up to 6 hours to rise.
